It was far better than I could have ever expected.
I really appreciate how well you’ve constructed these ideas and how intelligently it was all put together. It’s exactly the thing that people need now – a skill that anyone can develop as a way of dealing with this increasing problem of overeating in our culture.
It was very useful and I’d recommend it wholeheartedly to others.
Thank you for a really enjoyable and thought provoking weekend that was very professionally led. And the venue was surprisingly lovely.
Thank you so much. I feel ready and equipped to go tackle what has been a life long battle with my food addiction.
We all had the time and opportunity to share our ideas and pose questions. I feel that Gillian gave real thought and consideration to her answers.
I do think this is the way forward for me and feel reassured this is possible using the tools explained in the book. It also makes sense to me why I haven’t been able to do this before.
Good pace, and good to hear other people’s opinions and experiences. Learned a lot from the seminar itself but also learned so much from others in the group, which I hadn’t been expecting.
Well led. Very professional. Well researched. Practical techniques. Safe. Friendly.
Most definitely met my expectations. It covered all aspects of overeating as highlighted in the books, plus more.
Gillian’s calm, non-authoritarian, empathetic, yet knowledgeable approach and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, facilitating questions and discussions. She was also able to ‘zero in’ and identify and respond to specific points raised by participants.
Really great seminar. Looking forward to trying it all out. I think it was all very well paced and balanced.
I felt it was very thorough. It helped me to go over the main three things to think about.
I look forward to ‘beating overeating.’
