One thing you can be sure of with me is that I'll never suggest anything to you that I don't do myself. Part of what's kept this work fascinating for me over so many years is that I'm always trying things out: how to sleep better, reduce stress, have more energy, vitality and sharper thinking. Q&A: Eating disorders?

You mention in your book that your approach isn't suitable for people with eating disorders. In my early teens I had a period of time with anorexia, and later on, bulimia. Those bulimic tendencies never quite went away, and I have had spells of bingeing and purging, fasting or excessive exercise.
